Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily and from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday.
Outside of these hours, customers are liable to a $80.00 after hours fee.
Any and all vehicles being picked up must be paid for in full prior to removal from a yard in any region we operate in.
As of this time, our offices all require a 60 minute call out with intent of arrival regardless of reason for entry.
We no longer accept trucks for pickup 30 minutes after opening or 30 minutes before closing for pickup of vehicles.
Our drivers work hard to get you safely home at a fair and reasonable price regardless of what type of vehicle you are driving at market value for all our regions. While we do so at a reasonable market prices, our prices are final.
We accept the following:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, certified cheque and E-transfer.
We do not accept the following:
Personal cheque, Business cheques (exception of IAA, Co-Part or Stark Auto Sales and their subcontractors) or T-Chek
Each customer reserves the right to ask us to stop at an ATM if they choose to pay cash.
Failure to pay within a reasonable amount of time (typically 15 minutes for light duty and 30 minutes for heavy duty) may result in impoundment of your vehicle and/or waiting time added onto your bill.
We charge standard 13% tax on all services. All credit cards are subject to a 4% processing fee on the subtotal of the entirety of the tow bill (pre-tax).
EMPLOYEE SAFETY POLICY
We want all of our customers to experience the impressive level of professionalism when working with Holst Towing & Freight. We carry ourselves with respect and dignity at any and all times while in your service. We ask the same in return. Our employees reserve the right to remove rude, ignorant or threatening customers from any property or truck of Holst Towing without notice. Failure to depart upon request can result in trespassing charges to the infractor.
While damages can unfortunately occur, sometimes they are not avoidable.
In cases where they may not be avoidable, a damage waiver must be filled out and signed prior to services being rendered. Failure to sign a damage waiver when and where applicable, will result in services not being rendered.
In cases where they are avoidable, the complaint can not exceed a timeframe of more than 30 calendar days to be brought to the acknowledgement of management of the area where the service occurred. Complaints 30 days or more after service and complaints after the vehicle leaves any of our yards will not be recognized.
